We are all guilty of these habits every now and then and these are in our regular practices:
1.Not changing your pillow cases regularly :
            Have you ever noticed the matter that your pillow covers are the breeding field of bacteria? Generally you all sleep on your right or left sides.Many sleep on their stomachs no matter to which way you sleep, you are prone to acne if you don't change your sheets often .Change your sheets and pillowcases twice a week.Give a try and see the difference! !!!Go the extra mile and invest in pillowcases at least made of silk or soft ,buttery, cotton fabric. The softness of the fabric will cares your skin and you would feel amazing laying your face on it thus preventing acne springing on your face.
2.Touching your face without realizing :---
          Not often you care where were.Do u think its possible to carry a sanitizer all the time?Therefore practicing a habit of not touching your face frequently is a far more fairer advice. This could be scratching ,rubbing your eyes and forehead. You may have a habit of touching your chin while lost in your own thoughts. Freeze!!!!this may be another reason for a breakout at that area.
3.Drinking excessive amount of caffeine :
        Bed tea....or a cuppa early in the morning is a general habit of many around...but maybe none of you have realized  the aftermaths.Take a glance at the mirror after consuming 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day .Notice that your skin seems to be losing its moisture and glaze .Quench your skin by drinking lots of water.
4.Skipping meals :
    Skipping meals can cause your skin to age faster and dry out more quickly. Always try to add vitamin C, B3 (peanuts),E (avocados),and A (sweet potatoes ) in your meals to build up your skin 's health. Bowl of muesli with yoghurt, strawberries and blueberries, boiled egg, orange juice, croissant and coffee for healthy breakfast
5.Talking on the phone:
Long hours of gossip over your cell phones can leaf to breakouts and rashes along your jawline and cheek. Keep antibacterial wipes handy to keep your phone and skin clean. 
6.Wearing dirty sunglasses:
      Like your regular lenses, don forget to wipe your sunglasses clean .Bacteria that builds up on your glasses can get into the pores around the bridge of your nose, causing breakouts and irritation.  41ew1xWd7kL._AC_UL260_SR200,260_
7.Forgetting your left arms:
       While driving your left arm is exposed to more sun,therefore make sure to lather up with extra sun block on that side. The same rule apply to those who are riding in the passenger seat with their right arm exposed.
