Aloo Samosa

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • For dough:
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour (maida)
  • 4 table spoons of ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 tbspns of salt
  • 1 tspn of ajwain (carom seeds)
  • For filling:
  • 1 tbspn of mustard seeds
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 small cup of boiled mattar (green peas)
  • salt according to taste
  • 1-2 tbspns of red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspn of coriander pwdr
  • 1 tbspn of chat masala
  • 1 tspn of turmeric pwdr
