1 minute microwave khaman dhokla in mug (Jain / no onion, no garlic)

In this busy life everybody wants some quick breakfast and that's why was wondering to something very quick and healthy as well and then I invented new version of this khaman dhokla, which is made in mug! So delicious and spongy! Kids would love it! You could serve this in breakfast or snacks!
Preparation time: 0 min, Cooking time: 1 min

INGREDIENTS:

Serves 1 Person
    1. 1 tbsp melted butter
    1. 4 tbsp chickpeas flour
    1. 2 1/2 tbsp water
    1. Pinch of turmeric powder
    1. Pinch of salt
    1. 1/2 tsp sugar
    1. Pinch of red chilli powder
    1. Pinch of fruit Salt
    • Tempering:
    1. 1 tsp mustered seeds
    1. Pinch of Asafetida
    1. 1 tsp oil
    1. 2 green chili slices
    1. 2 curry leaves
    1. Coriander leaves to garnish
 

STEPS:

      1. Grease the microwave safe mug with butter and add all the ingredients.
      2. Now microwave it for 1 minute and meanwhile temper mustered seeds in a oil, add green chillies, curry leaves and asafetida and keep aside.
      3. Once dhokla is ready sprinkle that tempering in that and serve it in breakfast or snacks with ketchup!
