5 ways to give monday blues the boot and jump start your week

  • Mondays . . . . ta- dah!!! The idea of waking up early in the morning for work after a lovely weekend seems to be dreaded or resented by all of us.To win over Mondays you only need a few radiant ideas then your Mondays would never be horrible again. Hey divas it's gone a be conquering 😊😊😊😊
  • Don't rush breakfast : Earlier on bed on Sunday night would make you feel well rested and energetic for the next day.Get up early on Monday so that you can have sufficient time to prepare and commute to work without rushing through the traffic. The week commenced in a tranquil mood has a positive impact on mind.If you begin the week with a dash------miss your breakfast ,trapped in traffic ,reach late at work---all of a sudden your work starts off in a wrong order.Remember to keep your Monday schedule light.Try to book future meetings for Tuesdays or Wednesdays. This allows you to settle into Monday with more calm for the weekend.
  • Be positive /cherry outfit: Dress yourself and make yourself dynamic.Spend a few bucks on your clothes.Looking good can eliminate your bad mood and boost your confidence. Listening to your favorite songs while preparing for work diverts the depression you may likely feel.
  • Plan a fun evening post work: Nothing exciting or special happens in cafe/restaurants on Mondays. But planning a dinner or an ice cream drive for those who work extra hours can be so exciting. Besides, having post work plans with friends and family can be eluded too on a dull work day.One may book a beauty treatment, a meal out or just plan a movie night in with friends or loved ones....😍 After all these excitements if you have a little money left why not hit the sales!!!!!!!!!
  • Don't skip breakfast : By the way start your day with a healthy and hearty breakfast. Feeling famished is never a good start any day,let alone Monday. Porridge, eggs,milk and fruits are amazing foods to start your day with and will ensure you feel full until lunchtime.
