Noodle wrap cheese rolls (Jain / No onion,No garlic)

Best option for kids breakfast! Noodles on top are really looking tempting!! Very crispy and scrumptious!
Preparation time: 10 mins, Cooking time: 8 mins

INGREDIENTS:

 
Serves 2 People
 
  1. For Filling:
  2. 1/2 cup finely chopped red, green bell peppers
  3. 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
  4. 1 tsp Oregano
  5. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp pepper powder
  8. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  9. 1/2 cup processed cheese
  10. 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
To fry:
  1. 1 cup all purpose flour slurry
  2. 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  3. Few boiled noodles
  4. Oil for Deep frying

STEPS:

  1. In a pan add some oil, bell peppers, boiled sweet corn, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and saute for 2 mins and keep aside
  2. Once it is at room temperature, add mayonnaise and grated cheese into it and mix well
  3. Now add fresh bread crumbs and mix it
  4. Now make cylindrical rolls using your palms and then dip into all propose flour slurry, crumble bread crumbs on it, wrap large noodle on each roll and deep fry it.
  5. Serve it with tomato ketchup!
