oats green mung sprout balls with hung curd dip

This is very healthy and perfect recipe for kids . All healthy ingredients have used in this recipe . Carrot and spinach takes this  dish into another level of taste . You can enjoy these balls with hung curd dip or any chutney of your choice .
Recipe ingredients :
  • 2 cup green moong dal sprout 
  • 2 small carrot grated 
  • Half cup spinach leaves chopped 
  • 2 to ginger green chilli paste 
  • 2 tsp curd 
  • 1 cup roasted powdered oats 
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 
  • Black salt according to your taste
  • Boiling water 2 cups  
  • For hung curd dip - 1 tbsp hung cu+rd 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp oragano  
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes 
  • Oil for deep frying
Method - 
  1. First add moong dal sprout into boiling water and boil them about 5 minutes . Drain all the water and keep this aside .
  2. meanwhile take a bowl , add hung curd , lemon juice , chilli flakes and oragano . Mix all ingredients well . Hung curd dip is ready . Keep this aside .
  3. now in a grinder take boiled moong  dal sprout and grind it coarsely.  Take a big bowl , add grinded moong  sprout , roasted oats powder , grated carrot , chopped spinach , ginger green chilli paste , red chilli powder , roasted cumin powder , black salt and 2 tbsp curd . Mix all ingredients well and make a dough .
  4. now make small lemon size balls with this dough . Deep fry these balls in hot oil . Serve hot with hung curd dip or any chutney of your choice .
