Oats mango kalakand



  •  Khoya-1cup 

  • Paneer- 1cup

  •  Oats- 6tbs

  •  Sugar- 1 cup

  •  2 cup -fresh mango puree

  •  2 tspn- elaichi powder

  •  chopped nuts

  •  2tbs kaju for garnish

  •  ghee 3tsp


  •  Take a kadhai, add the fresh mango puree and add sugar.

  •  Now stir it for a minute and add Khoya, paneer, oats, chopped nuts, 1 tsp ghee, elaichi powder, and stir it until it becomes a thick paste. 

  • Now take a steel plate and grease the plate with 1 tsp ghee and slowly pour the thick paste. 

  • Grease again with 1 tsp ghee and with the help of spatula, flatten the paste evenly. 

  • keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then cut it into square pieces. 

  • Garnish with kaju(cashewnuts).
