sweet potatoes are consider as super food . They have many good properties . It is very good for our skin . I have made sweet potatoes tikkis , A good option for healthy breakfast . Instead of frying I have shallow fried these tikkis .
- 4 - 5 sweet potatoes boiled and mashed
- Half cup peas boiled
- 2 - 3 green chilli finely chopped
- Half cup roasted oats powder
- 1/ 4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Black salt as per taste
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Oil for shallow frying
- First take a big bowl , add mashed sweet potatoes, roasted oats powder, boiled peas,green chilli, grated ginger , black salt , red chilli powder , roasted cumin powder , Black pepper powder and finely chopped coriander leaves .
- Mix all ingredients well and make a dough with this .
- Now make round shape tikkis with this dough ( u can make any shape ) .
- Now take a pan add 2 tsp oil , shallow fry these tikkis from both sides .
- Serve hot with coriander chutney .
