sweet potatoes oats tikkis

sweet potatoes are consider as super food . They have many good properties . It is very good for our skin . I have made sweet potatoes tikkis ,  A good option for healthy breakfast . Instead of frying I have shallow fried these tikkis  .
Ingredients:
  • 4 - 5 sweet potatoes boiled and mashed 
  • Half cup peas boiled 
  • 2 - 3 green chilli finely chopped 
  • Half cup roasted oats powder 
  • 1/ 4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 
  • 1 tsp ginger grated 
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder 
  • Black salt as per taste 
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder 
  • Oil for shallow frying
Method :
  1. First take a big bowl , add mashed sweet potatoes,  roasted oats powder,  boiled peas,green chilli, grated ginger , black salt , red chilli powder , roasted cumin powder , Black pepper powder and finely chopped coriander leaves .
  2. Mix all ingredients well and make a dough with this .
  3. Now make round shape tikkis with this dough ( u can make any shape ) .
  4. Now take a pan add 2 tsp oil , shallow fry these tikkis from both sides .
  5. Serve hot with coriander chutney .
