For the Balls:
  • 1 cup of shredded cauliflower.
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage.
  • 1 cup of shredded carrot.
  • 1 cup of chopped french beans.
  • 1 cup of greens of spring onions.
  • Ajinomotto or MSG
  • 1 tbspn Pepper
  • 3 tbspns of Refined flour
  • 11/2 tbspns of cornstarch
  • 1 tbspn of Garlic
  • 1 tbspn of Ginger
For the Sauce:
  • 3 tbspns of oil.
  • 1 tbspn of ginger
  • 1 tbspn of garlic
  • 1 tbspn of green chillies
  • 1 tspn of  MSG
  • 1 tbspn of soya sauce
  • 1 tbspn of vinegar
  • 1 tbspn of chilli paste
  • 2 tbspns of spring onion bulbs
  • 2 tbspns of green of spring onions
  • water as required
  • 2 tbspns of cornstarch mix (tbspn of cornstarch+tbspn of water).
