  • Semiyyan-1 cup(VERY THIN SEMIYYAN)
  • Sugar-1 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk-1/2 cup or MAWA-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom-2 pieces
  • Milk-/2 cup
  • Water-1/4 cup
  • Clarified butter/Ghee-1/2 cup
  • Red food colour-2 pinches

Garnish:
  • Saffron-4-5strings
  • Dry fruits of your choice
Tip:If you end up with solid semiyyan(its because of extra sugar),add some water and cook for 10 more minutes.Let it cool and then serve it. How to prepare this:
