Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked Quinoa
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp milk pwd
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 mango (ripe and diced)
Recipe:
- Cook the Quinoa as per instruction given on the packet.
- Heat a pan add milk, quinoa, milk pwd and sugar and let it boil till you get the creamy and thick consistency, let it cool.
- Add mango, mint leaves and serve chilled.
