Spicy savoury semolina cup cakes in airfryer

This cup cakes is so yummy and little bit spicy with vegetable curd and coriander leaves !!!!!spongy and crispy on the top .Perfect recipe for tea time snacks. Ingredients:
  • Suji (semolina)-1cup
  • Curd -1/4cup
  • Grated carrot -1
  • Green chilly
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger -chopped
  • Red chilly pow -1/4tsp
  • Garam masala 1-2tsp
  • Haldi -1/4tsp
  • Water
  • Oil -1tsp
  • Cumin seeds-1tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1tsp
  • White sesame seeds
  • Baking soda -3/4 tsp
Method:
  • Preheat the airfryer
  • In a bowl add suji(semolina), curd, carrot, green chilly, coriander leaves and add all the spices and add water and mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and sauté for a min add this to suji(semolina) mixture.
  • Batter should be medium thick.
  • Now add baking soda and mix it well and rest for five mins.
  • Pour this mixture to silicon cup and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top and bake for fifteen mins in airfryer.
