Tilli fry is a very healthy dish,one should have at least once a month.Specially for those who need extra blood for their bodies.I recently knew about this recipe when i delivered my angel daughter and all my well wishers advised me to have this.This dish is not a part of "WOW" recipe list,but trust me its really worth having once a while. Lets dig in 🙂 Ingredients:
  • Tilli- 1 medium size
  • Clarified Butter- 4 tbspns
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste- 1 and 1/2 tbspn
  • Pepper-1/2 tbspn
  • Salt according to taste
  • Fresh Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
